Happify is an app that through its programs, try to boost its user happiness.
First time starting the app, you will be asked a few questions such as gender and creativeness, these initial questions will be used to recommend you the sessions that are recommended for you to take based on your answers.
Require to have User ID & Privacy Setting
Either sign up with your Facebook or create a new account using your email, Happify needs you to sign up.
Once signed up, you can choose to go private or community mode. Where in private, everything is private, while in community mode, you can get feedback from other members.
Choose The Session, Follow the Suggestions, Take Part of it & Be HappySo based on your answer to the initial questions, you will be given some recommendations on which course to take. There are plenty of courses to take. Few of the courses are conquer your negative thoughts, fuel your success at work, awaken your full potential.
If you find something interesting to you, just tap on 'start this track' button. Inside you will see the benefit you will get when you take the course.
Each course has few to many sessions and can be lasted for days.
In each sessions, there is an explanation about the sessions, the benefit and why it will work for you.
Each sessions also requires different kind of input from you, some require you to write down something to pledge for, some require you to listen to the conversation, while some other require you to take the assessment - answering questions.

Happify, just like its name, is a great app helping you to boost your happiness by taking the courses, pledging for something, listening to suggestions and many other positive actions. Are yourself ready for having your happiness boosted?
