Wire is a new messenger app built to works with Android, iOS and OS X.
Wire has the following features:

• Message: Conversation through text, pics, music and video
• Talk. Conversation through voices
• Ping. To get attention
• Group Chat. For chatting with multiple people

Wire supports links from SoundCloud music as well as YouTube. 

Unfortunately, Wire is only available for Android 4.2 and above. So no fun for those with Android 4.1 and below.

Current version 1.1.12 requires Android 4.2 (JellyBean) and up.
