FrontBack can do that for you. Taking photos using your front and back camera at the same time and stitch them into 1 image. Not only photos, with the new feature, React, you can now take 5 seconds front and back video and send it to your friends' FrontBack.
You can share your photos directly into Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, email, and many more.
You can either make your photo to be public or private.
FrontBack is not just a photo-taking app, with the app, you can also explore recent, popular, nearby or staff picks and trends using the live photo feeds.
You can also follow friends, family or other community members.
Current version 2.0.0 requires Android 4.0 (ICS) and up.
Unfortunately this app only compatible with devices with 2 cameras, front and back. Since I'm using Nexus 7 2012 version, this app is not compatible with it.
